Apex offers property and casualty insurance products to small
to medium size commercial risks on a package or monoline basis. All products are written
using custom policy forms designed and written by Apex and provide coverage on an
occurrence or claims made basis. The following is a list of the products offered by Apex:
General Liability: The monoline CGL
coverage is offered with limits up to $1 million with higher limits available
placements. Coverage for Products Liability and Completed Operations is also
available.
- Liquor Liability: This coverage is not
written on a stand-alone basis, but is offered in conjunction with the CGL and the package
policy. All liquor liability policies are written with defense costs contained
within the limits of the policy.
- Property: Coverage is offered with limits up to $1
million though higher limits are available. Policies can be written on a primary, excess
or full exposure basis. Coverage is offered on either an actual cash value or replacement
cost basis, and can include business interruption insurance.
